K&N Engineering has a Generation II 57-Series Fuel Injection Performance Kit (57-3053) for the midsize coupe. K&N tests have shown a 13.95 horsepower gain at 5700 RPM with this intake.

The intake, like all other K&N intakes, was engineered to work within the GTO's computer specifications while maximizing power and allowing air to flow with little restriction. "The radius filter adaptor on this is special," said K&N Engineering Performance Kit Manager Bert Heck. By replacing the Pontiac GTO's factory air intake assembly with K&N's 57-Series Fuel Injection Performance Kit the engine gets cool, dense air with less restriction.

The FIPK uses K&N's high-flow, washable and reusable air filter (RF-1048) which performs up to 100,000 miles before service is required (depending on driving conditions). Take a look at our 57-3053 installation video to see all the steps involved.

K&N's FIPK can be installed in under 90 minutes with common hand tools. Best of all FIPK's come with a Million Mile Limited Warranty.  Find K&N products for your vehicle using the K&N application search then use the K&N dealer search to find a K&N dealer in your part of the world.
