K&N Engineering, Inc. has been the innovative leader in air induction and filter technology since 1969, serving the needs of the automotive, motorcycle, marine, industrial, and military markets. K&N's headquarters and primary manufacturing facility is located in Riverside, California. In addition to this facility, K&N also operates a manufacturing and distribution facility in the United Kingdom that primarily serves the European market.
The KNFilters.com Store accepts orders to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, most of Europe and a number of other countries. Orders delivered in the US can not be sent to a PO Box, APO or AFO address. Orders containing aerosol air filter oil must be shipped by ground and can not be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the United States.
The KNFilters.com Store offers several domestic shipping options. International orders usually leave the warehouse the same day or next day. Shipping charges and sales tax will be shown before an order is finalized provided that the ship to postal code is correct. If an item is not available, it will be shipped when it becomes available unless you contact us to cancel the order. To check the status of your order including tracking numbers for shipped orders go to https://www.knfilters.com/sales/order/history. After an order is submitted you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You will receive another e-mail confirmation after the order has been shipped.
Orders Shipped Outside the US and Canada - You will be required to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee may also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to customs on the importer's behalf. These fees are not included in the amount you pay K&N. Please contact your local customs authority for more information.
SALES TAX (UNITED STATES)
Sales tax is added to most US orders. K&N collects and pays sales tax to most US states.
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer service department at 800-218-5181 or 1-951-826-4000. Our orders usually ship within a day therefore you must call as soon as possible to cancel the order before it is shipped. Please do not request cancellations by e-mail or fax.
If your package arrives damaged, save all packaging material for the shippers inspection. Please call our customer service department as soon as possible at 800-218-5181 or 951-826-4000 to report the damage and we will schedule a reshipment. We must submit your claim to the shipper within 3 days. The shipper will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to K&N. K&N will accept returns within 30 days of purchase for refund as long as the item is unused and a return authorization number has been issued. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. No collect shipments will be accepted. Returns, other than those that are due to a factory defect are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. All refunds will be credited to the credit card used in the transaction. Properly pack, insure, and ship your return by ground prepaid.
