The K&N 63-3059 Air Intake fits some Chevrolet Impala, Chevrolet Monte Carlo, and Pontiac Grand Prix models. See vehicle applications link for details.
The K&N AirCharger 63-3059 air intake system replaces your vehicle’s restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. K&N intakes are designed to dramatically reduce intake restriction as they smooth and straighten air flow. This allows your vehicle’s engine to inhale a larger amount of air than the factory air filter assembly. More air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine’s RPM range. The 63-3059 air intake comes with a chrome topped K&N high-flow air filter and a heat shield that mounts onto the inner fender. This allows cooler, denser air to be directed through a custom molded intake tube into the engine’s throttle body for a guaranteed power gain. The oversized air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is needed depending on driving conditions. This air intake is relatively easy to install requiring only a screwdriver, socket set and several wrenches. This air intake cannot be sold in California. It is not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards.

K&N 63-3059 Air Intake Product Reviews

Monday, December 25, 2017 - Part 63-3059
Great product you can definitely see an increase in power once installed and makes your pedal seem a lot tighter and quicker response overall, a great product. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great cold air intake.

Installed in 2006 Impala SS. Easy to install, Little more throttle response, looks cool. The biggest differences are sound, it sounds a lot more aggressive when you step on the gas (I have stock exhaust), and gas mileage. I went from about 26mpg highway to 29mpg's. Not much added power when cruising under 50 mph, but when you step on it, you feel a difference. Nice kit, my only complaint is that K&N forgot a few nuts and bolts that were suppose to come with the kit. I had to go to hardware store and buy them.

2007 Grand Prix gxp 5.3. Nice add on, can feel a slight difference but without upgrading down pipe and exhaust. I'm not getting the most out of it, but I plan to do those soon.
