The K&N 69-4528TS Air Intake fits some Cadillac CTS models. See vehicle applications link for details.
The K&N 69-4528TS Typhoon air intake system is a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube air induction system designed to fit some Cadillac CTS models. The restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing are replaced by the K&N Typhoon air intake which is designed to dramatically reduce air flow restriction as it smoothes and straightens air flow. This allows your engine to inhale a larger amount of air than the factory air intake. More air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine’s RPM range. The 69-4528TS air intake comes with a chrome topped K&N high-flow air filter and a heat shield that installs into the previous air box space. Air is directed through the intake tube into the engine’s throttle body for a guaranteed power gain. The intake tube has an attractive silver powder-coat finish that's made to last and it accommodates the factory mass air sensor and crank case vent hose. The oversized cone shaped air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is needed depending on driving conditions. This air intake is relatively easy to install usually in 90 minutes or less. Some Typhoon air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards while others are CARB exempt and 50 state legal. Check the K&N catalog or website for vehicle applications and specific CARB status for each vehicle and air intake.

Installed in 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe. Install was straightforward with no issues. Fit and finish are very good. Slight performance increase. Only negative is the occasional whistling on acceleration.

I installed in about two hours in twenty degree weather. Best thing I I've done. The throttle response and sound is amazing. K&N air intakes will be the first thing I put on any vehicle I buy.

I use this incredible cold air intake system on my 2009 Cadillac CTS 3.6L Direct Injection. I honestly wish I would've had a friend who tried this out and told me about the advantages because I've clearly been missing out. It is very hard to tell if there is a MPG advantage to the intake because I am much more inclined to slam on the gas pedal ever since I put it in. The throttle response and the increased horsepower are both minimal but probably noticeable by most drivers. The one thing that sticks out about this product once installed is the sound difference. I had an aftermarket exhaust installed on my car prior to this purchase and the difference that this intake made is incredible. My car sounds lightyears better than it did before at higher RPM's (the reason why I slam on it now). Installation took about an hour and a half and probably could've been completed within an hour. I never work on my car but I throughly enjoyed putting this together. If you are even considering buying this product and you have the money, I promise you will not regret the purchase unless you're old or deaf. I wish I would've bought this the first time I looked at it and I will continue to upgrade my future cars with K&N parts. Clearly you want to buy this cold air intake system because of all the benefits so let me give you some tips: 1) Make sure you put the clamps on the right side (the clamp on the intake is installed outside of the hood, make sure it is pointing up) 2) Not sure why the bolts on an American car require a metric wrench but that isn't K&N's problem (I believe it's size 10) 3) Don't waste any time installing it once it arrives, the more time you waste equates to less time being blown away by the benefits 4) Customer service is very friendly, use them if necessary 5) I have already recommended this product to all of my friends who care about their cars, you will too

I own a 2011 Cadillac CTS couple 3.6L. I recently purchased the K&N cold air intake for my car. I installed the unit within 2hrs and let me tell you, it was the best 300 dollars I spent. Not only was it worth it but it released a monster that was sleeping underneath my hood. Hats off to the K&N team. Keep up the good work my friends.

The Kit was pretty easy to install, with the air tube final fit-up was a little tricky, but not bad. The first time for the test drive for acceleration was SHOCKING! I actually got scared when my speedometer went from 40 MPH to 90 MPH in only a few seconds! WOW! You cannot hear it just the normal cruzing at 70 MPH or below, but when you get past 3000 RPM it has quite a ROAR! I just love this PERFORMANCE K&N Intake!!!
