The K&N 69-1020TS Air Intake fits some Honda Civic models. See vehicle applications link for details.
The K&N 69-1020TS Typhoon air intake system is a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube air induction system designed to fit some Honda Civic models. The restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing are replaced by the K&N Typhoon air intake which is designed to dramatically reduce air flow restriction as it smoothes and straightens air flow. This allows your engine to inhale a larger amount of air than the factory air intake. More air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine’s RPM range. The 69-1020TS air intake comes with a black rubber topped K&N high-flow air filter and a heat shield that installs into the previous air box space and connects to the fresh air duct. Air is directed from the air filter and through the intake tube into the engine’s throttle body for a guaranteed power gain. The intake tube has an attractive silver powder-coat finish that's made to last and it accommodates the factory mass air sensor and crank case vent hose. The oversized cone shaped air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is needed depending on driving conditions. This air intake is relatively easy to install usually in 90 minutes or less using existing factory mounting points. The tools needed are a couple of screwdrivers, pliers, a ratchet set and several wrenches. Some Typhoon air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards while others are CARB exempt and 50 state legal. Check the K&N catalog or website for vehicle applications and specific CARB status for each vehicle and air intake.

Love this Wanted something to add some horsepower, style, and sound and this filter does all of that I was very impressed with the outcome of the install and it was also very easy to put on with the videos online. I would highly recommend this product

Love it. Son and I installed it. We watched a video on Youtube, which was very helpful. Would have liked to have had better instructions though - pictures showing the parts. Pictures on instructions were not clear. Son is driving the car - sounds great and can tell the difference in performance - 2012 Honda Civic.

I bought this intake while I was in Hawaii and absolutely loved it. Without a tune it's not really a noticeable power gain, but it looks amazing and sounds amazing. Now I'm in California and just found out that it is only legal for the SI sub model of Civic. For all other sub models it is not legal as the 1.8L engine of the others falls into LEV II SULEV opposed to the SI's LEV II ULEV category of emissions standards.
