With this victory Brown's total Career wins sit at 83, a number that no doubt will change real soon. Some drivers are seemly magnetically drawn to victory circle, so it becomes an almost expected occurrence; in 2008 alone he won nine times. This weekend Brown will stay in Texas and put the 410 in for some World of Outlaws action in Kilgore and Baytown, and he likes his chances going in.
Can he carry the momentum from Battleground into this weekend? "I sure hope so," says Brown. "The outlaws are a tough group, but we have a great FVP number 21 team. I hope to go in there, run well, and just continue to build momentum throughout the 2010 season."
Brown's ultimate racing goals for the future are to continue building Brian Brown Racing into a successful organization and give all of his marketing partners a return on their investment, while of course picking up as many wins as possible along the way.
"I love my relationship with K&N and look forward to growing it as Brian Brown Racing and K&N grow together," comments Brown. "I use the carbon fiber air box, the oil filters, the filter oil and filter cleaner, there's no question that it's a winning package as far as I'm concerned."
Brown's very optimistic, yet realistic plans for his particular season are to "Just run 85 races in 12 states and try to win as much as possible, and to represent each one of our marketing partners with the utmost professionalism."
