Erion riders Jake Zemke and former two time Superbike Champ Josh Hayes participated in the Formula Xtreme and Pro Honda Oils races. Both Zemke, from Paso Robles, California and Hayes from Gulfport, Mississippi were a huge presence at the event.

In the Formula Xtreme race a neck and neck battle between the two teammates ensued as both riders left the competition behind. Zemke and Hayes placed first and second in that contest and also second and fourth in the Pro Honda Oils Supersport race.

Erion Crew Chief Rick Hobbs gave credit to K&N Air Filter’s for the team’s continued success. “For us we always try to use the best products we can find, anything that gives us the best performance,” said Hobbs. “Bringing the best into our garage and into our bikes allows us to give our best out there on the track.”

Erion Racing will continue in the AMA Superbike Series, heading to the next event, the Superbike Showdown held in Sonoma, California
