Add Performance to Kia Rio and Hyundai Accent with K&N

The Kia Rio received a complete redesign in 2006. The all new engine features
double-overhead cams and continuously variable valve timing. The 2006 Hyundai
Accent is also totally redesigned with a new interior and a more powerful
engine. Kia is a subsidiary of South Korea's Hyundai and offers the same
warranty found on Hyundai vehicles.
Replacement Air Filter for Kia Rio and Hyundai Accent
K&N Engineering has designed a Lifetime Replacement Air Filter (33-2354) for the 2006 to 2010 Kia Rio 1.6L L4 and 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 Hyundai Accent 1.6L L4. Lift the hood of the Kia or Hyundai and the K&N Air Filter is custom designed to fit in the factory air box. The drop-in design means adding performance is simple, just remove the disposable air filter in the Rio or Accent and replace it with K&N's Air Filter (33-2354).
The washable, reusable, high flow flat panel filter is designed to increase horsepower and acceleration while providing excellent filtration. The 33-2354 is 1 inch in height (25mm) with an outside length of 10.625 inches (270mm) and an outside width of 5.313 inches (135mm).
Unlike disposable filters, K&N Air Filters use a unique pleated design comprised of an oiled cotton fabric sandwiched between two layers of epoxy-coated aluminum screen. The K&N Air Filters (33-2354) capture airborne dirt particles while allowing high volume air flow. These particles cling to the outside of the filter and become part of the filtering media.
