This helps my engine push out tons of power, much more than the stock intake gave me. I would get the plastic one instead of the metal one. The metal one retains heat more, therefore making all of the cold air entering the intake heat up. Even still, this was a great purchase. It fit like a glove when I installed it. I highly recommend this for everyone who owns a 4Runner or FJ Cruiser.
