The K&N 69-7800TB Typhoon air intake system is a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube air induction system designed to fit some Renault Clio II models. The restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing are replaced by the K&N Typhoon air intake which is designed to dramatically reduce air flow restriction as it smoothes and straightens air flow. This allows your engine to inhale a larger amount of air than the factory air intake. More air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine’s RPM range. The 69-7800TB air intake comes with a black rubber topped K&N high-flow air filter that installs into the previous air box space. Air is directed through the intake tube into the engine’s throttle body for a guaranteed power gain. The intake tube has an attractive blue powder-coat finish that's made to last and it accommodates a replacement silicone vent hose. The oversized cone shaped air filter comes with a water repellent DryCharger filter wrap to protect the filter from moisture. The air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is needed depending on driving conditions. This air intake is relatively easy to install usually in 90 minutes or less using existing factory mounting points requiring commonly available tools to do the job. Some Typhoon air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards while others are CARB exempt and 50 state legal. Check the K&N catalog or website for vehicle applications and specific CARB status for each vehicle and air intake.

Customer Feedback      Be the first to review part 69-7800TB

This filter is for a Renault delivery truck used by Winnebago as a LeSharo motor home.  It is difficult to find these parts in the U.S.  This store was very useful in finding the correct air filter for my rig.  Many thanks.

Not the first time that I use your products ( Volvo 460 & Citroen BX with carburators / K&N - 56-1651,Renault Clio 1.2 / K&N RX extreme series ), and now this one in Fiat 500L with 1.4 engine. All are great, I hope you'll make oil and fuel filters to for my Fiat. Sorry on my english, whish you all the best.

What a great kit I dont know much about car engines I wouldn't even know how to an oil change but it took me about 45min to install the 57i Induction kit in my 2002 Renault Clio. I noticed the difference in power and the great note to the engine straight away.
