The K&N AirCharger 63-3082 air intake system replaces your vehicle’s restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. K&N intakes are designed to dramatically reduce intake restriction as they smooth and straighten air flow. This allows your vehicle’s engine to inhale a larger amount of air than the factory air filter assembly. More air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine’s RPM range. The 63-3082 air intake comes with a chrome topped K&N high-flow air filter and a heat shield that replaces the factory air box. This allows cooler, denser air to be directed through a custom molded intake tube into the engine’s throttle body for a guaranteed power gain. The oversized air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is needed depending on driving conditions. This air intake is relatively easy to install requiring only a screwdriver, socket set and several wrenches. This air intake cannot be sold in California. It is not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards.

Die hard K&N user in all my vehicles. Instalation a breeze and as always noticable get up and go. Some may not like the added sound volume of your engine breathing but the benefits of added horses and beter gas mileage outweighs any little extra grumble coming out of your engine bay. If you don't have this set up GET IT....

Great product. Have it in all my vehicles. I unfortunately need a new plastic breather piece as mine broke during install. I was able to epoxy it but would like to replace to make it right.
Christopher Tucy Florida
Great product! Better gas mileage, hp and throttle response. So great customer service!

This was a Christmas gift for my husband. He was very pleased. Even I could tell the difference in the sound after he installed this intake. I don't know how much HP it added, but it does seem to add a bit more pick up to our 2014 Silverado. This was worth the money.

  Great product with easy installation!

Greatly helps my 6.2 liter Yukon XL. The only drawback is the noise level is much greater than anticipated. That kept it from getting a 5. I am a long time K&N user, however this is the first time bought more than a filter. Sound level is OK, but moderate acceleration sound is greatly increased. Under hard acceleration, WHO CARES?!
