The K&N AirCharger 63-3067 air intake system replaces your vehicle’s restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. K&N intakes are designed to dramatically reduce intake restriction as they smooth and straighten air flow. This allows your vehicle’s engine to inhale a larger amount of air than the factory air filter assembly. More air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine’s RPM range. The 63-3067 air intake comes with a chrome topped K&N high-flow air filter and a lidded heat shield that mounts onto the inner fender within the previous air box space. The placement allows cooler, denser air to be directed through a custom molded intake tube into the engine’s throttle body for a guaranteed power gain. The oversized air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is needed depending on driving conditions. This air intake is relatively easy to install requiring only a screwdriver, socket set and several wrenches. This air intake cannot be sold in California. It is not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards.

I just bought a new 2014 GMC Terrain and I did what I've done with the last eight new vehicles I've purchased I replaced the original factory air filter with a K&N filter. In every case, I've seen an improvement in fuel economy and an increase in horsepower. What's not to like about that?!

Great product and my 2009 GMC Sierra 1500 sounds great, faster throttle response and looks great under the hood. It took a few hours to install and easy to work with, minor drilling but over all easy to install for someone that doesn't mind getting their hands dirty. Highly recommended.
Shiloh Maher, Newfoundland, Canada
I purchased this for my 2012 GMC Acadia Denali with the 3.6 engine. Mileage improved a small amount and acceleration was a bit more crisp from a dead stop but more noticeable when accelerating while driving where speeds were around 40 MPH. Very noticeable when accelerating onto a freeway.
