A sister product to our 57 Series FIPK, our 63 Series AirCharger® Air Intake Systems are guaranteed to increase horsepower and come with K&N's Million Mile Limited Warranty. K&N air intake systems replace your vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. K&N intakes are designed to dramatically reduce intake restriction as they smooth and straighten air flow. This allows your vehicle's engine to inhale a larger amount of air than the OEM air filter assembly. More air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine's RPM range. The filters on these kits are washable and reusable. Most of our intake kits are relatively easy to install using tools commonly available (see installation instructions). These Air Intakes cannot be sold in California. They are not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards. [MORE]

Customer Feedback      Be the first to review part 63-3053

I have had the K&N chrome intake system on my 2006 Pontiac GTO for several years now.  Not only does the system look great under the hood, it allows the car to reach it's full performance potential.  I can't understand why the auto makers of high performance vehicles don't automatically install a K&N system as standard equipment.  Any car with a supercharger or turbo shouldn't be without one!

Just wanted to say Thanks – I am blown away

Just fitted a K&N Air Charger kit : model 63-3053 on my HSV Clubsport – badged as Pontiac GTO in the states I think.  Anyway, wheel spin has never happened so easily.  Power increase was noticeable from the moment I hit the accelerator. Love the kit, well designed, easy to install, although clearance is really tight between engine cover and K&N pipe.  But that because we use a different engine cover on our LS2s here in Australia.

Absolutely Love It – Top stuff- Thanks guys and gals at K&N . Love ya work.

Air Charger for a 2004 Pontiac GTO
WOW.....I just spent half the day putting a K&N Air Charger (I'm old), in my 2004 Pontiac GTO. I have never wasted my time giving feedback on products before, but I just had to tell someone about the pure beauty of this air/filter system. After I finished putting everything together, I started her up. I could tell right away that something was different. She was kind of rock'in side to side with a low rumble. A test drive is in order I thought; wouldn't want to be a slacker. So off we went.
I could tell immediately the 5.7L had more beef, more punch, hell, it just kicked a$$. I'll stop now; don't want to babble, but I'll tell you it was definitely worth every penny.....but then joy is always worth more than $$.
