The K&N 63-1114 Air Intake fits some Chrysler 300C, Chrysler 300S, Dodge Challenger, and Dodge Charger models. See vehicle applications link for details.
The K&N AirCharger 63-1114 air intake system replaces your vehicle’s restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. K&N intakes are designed to dramatically reduce intake restriction as they smooth and straighten air flow. This allows your vehicle’s engine to inhale a larger amount of air than the factory air filter assembly. More air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine’s RPM range. The 63-1114 air intake comes with a chrome topped K&N high-flow air filter and a heat shield that mounts into the lower air box. This allows cooler, denser air to be directed through a custom molded intake tube into the engine’s throttle body for a guaranteed power gain. The oversized air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is needed depending on driving conditions. This air intake is relatively easy to install requiring only a screwdriver and several wrenches. This air intake cannot be sold in California. It is not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards.

Easy, simple installation with clear instructions. If you have any mechanical knowledge, this should take you less than an hour to install.

Looks and sounds great, plus I get 2-3 MPG better in my Challenger RT than I did before. The 90-minute installation estimate is not accurate. This isn't my first rodeo; I have installed two K&N CAI kits before and know my way around a tool box and it still took me well over two hours. Still rates four stars.

I do not have any (zero) mechanical expertise. Yet even I was able to install this kit. Yes, it did take me more than 90 minutes. But it works great, sounds awesome, and I DID IT.

Overall, Happy with the intake. It was a bit more difficult to install than I expected, as it took a while to get all the parts to line up correctly. Took about 2.5 hours total, on my 5.7L Hemi. I immediately noticed a slightly different sound- a bit more throaty and slightly louder at WOT. But the difference is subtle. Likewise, I notice a bit better throttle response and marginally improved performance. The difference is there, but is subtle, as I said before. Don't expect dramatic, rocket-ship performance increases. This is marginal improvement. But I still am happy with it. I have run two tanks of fuel through since installation, and have noticed no difference at all in fuel efficiency. I am still averaging the same 21-22 MPG I was getting in mixed city/highway driving that I got with the factory air intake.
