The 57 Series Generation II air intake, also referred to as an FIPK®, is K&N's ultimate performance product. These performance intakes are designed to increase power by as much as 10%. 57 Series FIPK's are CARB exempt, street legal in all 50 US states, come with a Million Mile Limited Warranty and are guaranteed to increase power. K&N air intake systems replace your vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. K&N intakes are designed to dramatically reduce intake restriction as they smooth and straighten air flow. This translates into more power and torque for your vehicle. I just wanted you to know we have many opportunities to verify hp improvements with K&N Filters and were always impressed even in custom applications we fabricate using a K&N Filter and our intake tubes. Recently we ran a 1999 Pontiac Firebird 5.7 on our Dynapack chassis dyno and saw a 10 hp improvement @ the wheels in a completely stock vehicle with the stock replacement K&N part number 33-2118. We must say that no matter what K&N is a huge improvement over stock. If you are questioning whether or not you should purchase one, stop now and pull out your checkbook and order yours today! Once again my hands are in the air.

I consider the advanced technology K&N products to be a necessary improvement for all of my vehicles. At present, I own the following vehicles: 1969 Camaro SS-350, 1975 Corvette Stingray L-82 convertible, 1999 Mustang GT convertible, and 2002 Chevrolet Suburban. All these vehicles are flawless and get the best of everything. Indeed, when I acquire a new or classic vehicle, the performance enhancing K&N air filter is always the first upgrade. Despite being a long time user of the K&N air filters, I am always amazed by the instantaneous improvement in vehicle performance, responsiveness, and economy. It is truly incredible that a simple upgrade can make such a difference. What a great value! Thank you for engineering and producing such a fantastic product.
When perusing my favorite automobile magazines, your clever advertisement featuring the 1969 Camaro and 1999 Mustang GT always gets my attention, as I happen to own and love both cars. Naturally, they are both K&N equipped.

I just wanted to thank you for all the hard work you put into making the K&N Filtercharger. I have a 1989 Pontiac Firebird with a 2.8L V6 and I had installed a free flowing exhaust and a K&N high flow air filter and man let me tell ya....I could definitely see and feel results. Crisp and throaty throttle response and it growled a little bit. I never have to buy another air filter again! That's what amazes me, anyways I have had it for about 3 years and I clean it regularly with the K&N Cleaning kit. Keep up the great work!
