The 57 Series Generation II air intake, also referred to as an FIPK®, is K&N's ultimate performance product. These performance intakes are designed to increase power by as much as 10%. 57 Series FIPK's are CARB exempt, street legal in all 50 US states, come with a Million Mile Limited Warranty and are guaranteed to increase power. K&N air intake systems replace your vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. K&N intakes are designed to dramatically reduce intake restriction as they smooth and straighten air flow. This translates into more power and torque for your vehicle. The filters on these kits are washable and reusable. Most of our air intake systems are relatively easy to install using tools commonly available (see installation instructions). [MORE]

Review part 57-2550
I have been using K&N filters since about 1968 starting with my dirt bikes. Use on all my vehs since. I have a 1995 Ford F150 with a 302 and a 1997 Jeep Grand Cher with a 4.0 and both have K&N air filters.

Several years ago I purchased your air filter for my '99 Ford F150. I've loved it so much I bought a second one! That way, I throw the clean one I've been keeping stored back in my truck while I wait for the dirty one to dry. I haven't had to buy an air filter in years and have no idea why everyone doesn't use your filters! Good job guys, you've made caring for a truck easy for this not-always-so-mechanically-savvy woman!

I just put a cold air intake onto my Ford F150 King Ranch with a 5.4L V8 and it is awesome. Sounds amazing, added horsepower is great, and I'm picking up a few extra mpgs. Excellent product, took only and hour and a half to assemble and put onto the truck.
Nicely done K&N.
