Hi,
I recently got my 13 year Suzuki Alto (Maruti 800) fitted with a conical K&N Air filter. The moment I fitted the filter I found a sudden increase in torque in all the gears. I found myself wanting to upshift as soon as possible and the car just lunges forward without hesitation.
I am expecting a increase in mileage too due to lower gear changes and better torque I find my cruising steadily in top gear without experiencing loss of power.

I OWN A 2002 S10 ZR2. I HAVE A K&N 57 SERIES GENERATION II FIPK COLD AIR INTAKE SYSTEM AND A FLOWMASTER 40 SERIES. IT ADDED A LOT OF POWER AND IMPROVED GAS MILEAGE. I CLEAN MY FILTER EVERY 6K MILES FOR BEST PERFORMANCE.

I PUT A K&N AIR FILTER ON MY CBRF4I 600 HONDA. FOR YEARS EVERYONE TALKED ABOUT HOW MUCH MORE POWER THEY WERE GETTING. NOW I'M THE ONE TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT IT. Words cannot properly describe as to how good this product is.... and how much it did to me........ I own a Hero Honda Karizma... the bike in stock condition only has got good pick up......... after intalling a K&N with some slight jetting.......... the bike is just killer..... pick up has increased a lot and it also sounds good at higher RPMs...... simply to say.... A K&N can do more than what you want with the filtrations levels critical...... it's worth all the money.........

I always looked at the K&N products as I kept buying those replacement air filtration products. Unable to justify the costs of these products built for the same purpose but at such different price points. After spending 2x the amount of your K&N air filter I checked the book for the model No. for the vehicles I'd be buying for. I opened the boxes and examined the deeply red cloth element w/it's soft silicone rubber gasket.This IS an excellent product! My German Grandfather who worked all his life at MACK trucks,earning de-ferments from both world wars his work was so needed. HE would really recognize the Quality+Craftmanship of a co. whose product is made by workers who know its value. My father said Only rich men can afford to buy cheap products and your 1,000,000 quality guaranteed warranty says more than any slogan or t.v. ad could. I bought those filters that day and I put 1 in a 2004 Toyota Corrolla 1.8L, not an image of speed. I had already installed that VORNADO thing on all the vehicles but despite a slight increase in fuel economy not much else. But with the addition of the K&N I felt like I had another 2 cylinders! It breathed much easier, didn't down-shift as often nor easily as it did B4 on over-passes and inclines. It realy sold me on the highway. When passing or just merging it's torque had a more lengthy power-band where it just seemed to have the lungs and determination to just keep on going! I eagerly cleaned & re-oiled it, B4 it needed it but I just love the darn thing! While it was drying, I recommend all to buy the Re-Charger Kit at time of purchase as we all know it's better to have it on hand when needed than to need it and NOT have it on hand! So it's drying and I return the TOYOTA MFG OEM air filter run it around then remove the VORNADO to get the intake area clean. Run it - that w/oem filter, notice even greater dive in performance parameters! When I install the K&N I continue my experiment. Just your filter and it's feeling real eager,I add the Vornado thing again and that combo brings together a increase in driving fun,mpg's and torque & hp though I'm not able to quantify the latter two I sure feel it in the seat of my pants.
I tell all that the small improvements like adding your products and investing in 4 high quality tires for 3 seasons and 4 Blizzak Snow tires for winter and other simple enthusiast upgrades can add to the enjoyment and life of its engine working right to most any car/truck

I love the K&N air filter I just put on my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 HEMI. I just put it on today 2/5/2009 and I can tell a world of difference. I put it on as soon as I walked out of the store with it so I could see what it does. I checked the gas mileage on it and I've seen the difference as I was driving it down the road. I could tell the difference in the power it just sounded like it could breathe easier. I plan on getting them for all my trucks and cars in the future. It is a great product THANKS K&N

I put over 70000 miles on my 1995 BMW 325i before I got smart and put in the basic K&N replacement for the floppy OEM filter. What a difference!
A few weeks ago, after rolling over 220,000 miles, my car was in the local BMW specialty shop for a full front to back inspection and tune up. The owner of the shop test drove my car and remarked, when I picked it up, it had more power and torque than any non M type 3 series than he had ever experienced (this coming from a German certified BMW engineer).
He sheepishly admitted to having given it a thorough test drive and asked what I had done to make it so powerful. I replied that all it had was an aftermarket chip and a belatedly added on K&N air filter.
I have, over the years, flogged my 325i up and down mountain back roads and cruised over endless hours of interstate and have never wanted for more power. I still have the same dutifully cleaned and oiled K&N filter too!

Not many people have heard of my car which is a Daihatsu Materia and when I found out that K&N has an airfilter kit specifically designed for that car model, I was sold. I checked out some very good info from the website and then found the dealer in Singapore from which to place an order.
The next best thing would be how easy it was to install it yourself based on the pictograph instruction manual included in the kit or the website...made it simple and fun. Self accomplishment adds to the feel-good factor as well, kudos to the thoughtful people at K&N.
Lastly the immediate and noticeable difference after installing the filter kit. The acceleration is smooth and the engine is more responsive during every gear change, so much torque is available on-tap throughout the RPM range. Driving down the highway with a big grin on my face and loving every moment.

I recently rebuilt a 350 block, and used paper air filters. What a mistake, I put on a K&N filter and Xtream air filter top and what a difference! There is high torque across the entire power band. That engine Dyno'd at 418hp and 380ft lbs of torque. Very impressive!

Put in a factory repacement for my paper filter on an 06 Canyon I just purchased and all I can say is WOW!!! I kicked the truck into passing gear yesterday and thought it was gonna run off and leave me. Way to go K&N!!!

My 2008 Colorado Crew Cab was great - until you had to put your foot in it and pass someone. I had always heard good things about K&N and the benefits to horsepower and acceleration. The filter to fit my vehicle's 3.7 liter engine had not even been released yet, but I told my local dealer to order it as soon as it was available. The difference in performance was immediate. The acceleration is now everything that it should be, and is completely responsive to what I need it to do. I have become an advocate for K&N and recommend them anytime I get the chance. A friend didn't hesitate in taking my advice when it came to upgrading his new Harley Davidson Dyna Glide! Kudos on a job well done!!!

Just bought a replacement air filter for my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi and after installing the new filter noticed a gain in acceleration and much milleage on the old girl, best air filters on the market.

I purchased my first K&N filter a few years ago for my (at the time) brand new 2005 Silverado 5.3 V8. The fact that the filter was washable and reusable was enough of a selling point for my purchase. The truck now has close to 70k miles and the filter has been cleaned once. After installation, the throttle response was fantastic. My heavy crew cab also has averaged as much as 24mpg on the highway thanks to this filter, another great reason to use K&N. And to top it all off, I just watched your videos of Carl Judice driving his Silverado pickup over a million miles on its original engine! Every engine deserves a K&N filter!

I installed the 57-1542 cold air intake on my 2006 Dodge Magnum R/T and am very happy with the results. The installation was easy and clean. I can't verify the horsepower increase, but I can attest to noticable improvements in performance, fuel economy and sound. There have been lengthy debates on the value/return on cold air intakes on-line and with other products that may be true, but in this case, the benefits are there with no compromise in driveability.

I bought my 2000 Saturn LS from my cousin almost 2 years ago, and tonight I just cleaned my K&N Filter. Immediately my car not only sounded better, but the RPM's jumped up greatly. It restored so much power to the engine that I couldn't believe it was the same car. Thank you K&N.

I bought a 2006 Pontiac G6 with a 2.4L 4 cylinder engine. The car is great, sporty, fairly peppy and has good gas mileage. I heard about your filters at an auto parts store and bought one with your oil filter as well. Great products! I noticed improved acceleration, about 60 more km per tank of gas and I'm always easy on the gas pedal. I will keep using K&N for any vehicle I own as long as they keep making em'.

I have four cars, a 67' Malibu SS, a 70' Baracuda Hemi, a 93' Mustang Saleen, and a 02' Focus SVT, all extreemly powerful straight from the factory. I was skeptical at first, but I put a K&N XStream filter in the Malibu and in the 'Cudda, a cone filter in the Mustang and a Typhoon kit in the Focus. On the Malibu and 'Cudda I immediately noticed more horsepower and a crazy kick in the pants feeling. The Mustang I super charged and with the addition of the cone filter it felt like I added an extra 4 psi of boost. The Typhoon kit didnt help the Focus' horsepower much except on the low end (which left a lot to be asked for) it added more than enough torque, in that little four banger Focus, all stock. Save the Typhoon kit I'm now running low 10's on the 1/4 mile.

I purchased your K&N Air Filter for my 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix GT in June 07 (a Fathers Day present to myself) and I recently (Jan 09) had to clean it for the first time.So I purchased the K&N Filter Care Service Kit and WOW, was I impressed with how well it worked and how it made the K&N Air Filter look like new again.

I recently bought a K and N Air filter for my Hyundai Getz and the results where amaizing. The car has now a nice growl to it and there was a significant increase in the car's horsepower in the 1.5k to 2.5k Rpm ranges. Thanks K and N and more power!!!!

I installed the K&N Typhoon Air Intake on my 2005 Thunderbird. When I punch the accelerator, the sound is incredible. My T-Bird not only sounds like a race car, it performs like one. I would highly recommend this addition to any 3.9 liter V8 owner. When you pop the hood, you won't beleive the difference in people's reaction. With the clunky old factory air filter gone, the engine compartment finally looks like it means business.

I 've used K&N on my previous 05 dakota 4.7, my 05 Pt dream series cruiser, Ho turbo, and now my 08 Dakota 4.7. It might only add 9.7HP at rear wheels, but it will snap your head back, really excelerates. I 'm going to continue using your products, THEY WORK Thank you.

I installed a K&N Filter in my 2001 Ford Taurus 3.0L OHV, and what a HUGE difference it made in the performance! Before I installed this compact beast, I did 0-60 in an exhausted 10.3 seconds with effort on the cars part. After I clocked that time, I popped in the K&N, not expecting much change... boy was I wrong! 0-60 in 9.5 seconds, and the engine didn't feel like it was choking on the thicker disposable air filter I had in there before.
The other thing I found amazing was the change in acoustics. Because the air filter is about 3 times thinner than my old one, air passes through it much faster, and faster means louder!! From a stand-still to about 40mph (before road-noise becomes loud), my engine ROARS!
Thank you, K&N, now I don't feel like a super old guy in my Taurus!

I recently purchased a 57i induction kit for my Swift 1.3L petrol. The result was too good. Now I can easily pass 140 in an ease. It also increases the mileage by 2 kms. Before I purchased this I really wanted to buy (another brand) air filters, but now I dont regret what I did. It's an added fun factor to my car. Thnx K&N

I just put mine on my 4.0 Ford Ranger. I felt instant horsepower and freed up my motor and gave me about 10 horsepower. It even gave me a little mph (about 3). It is a great kit to put on your car if your are looking for a little more.

I just installed the 57i kit on my 1999 VW Passat V6 GLS and felt an immediate boost in the engine's performance. The engine idles 200rpms lower and the take off is so sweet. I think everyone should have K&N products under the hood because it makes your car more fun to drive!!

I'm using the K&N air fiter P/N 33-2145-1 on my Toyota Avalon 2004, the first trip from San Jose CA. to Murrieta CA. including city drive 1.200 miles overall was 35 MPG from 29 MPG on previous trip. I was so amaized
that I purchased one more for my 1987 Mercedes 300SDL Turbo. I will recommend to anybody. Keep up the good work.

I have a rebuilt 1994 Toyota 4Runner 3.0L EFI, I have never felt so much more horsepower, the loudness of the exhaust and the performance it gives in the freeway. The truck feels a lot more relaxed when the gas pedal is pushed and it gives a lot more response when floored. The best part it fixed my idle. It used to idle at 700 RPM, but once the filter was installed it idles at 1K and when cold at 1700 RPM IT'S JUST PERFECT.

Just got my drop in filter for my Lancer Evolution X and I have to tell you I was skeptical. It took me about 5 min to install (I'm no mechanic thats for sure) but the throttle response is amazing and the sound of my blow off valve is now louder. I am a beleiver now and will always recommend a K&N filter first, if you are looking for small gains without voiding the warranty and easy on the pocket book look no further. Thanks for the amazing product.

In January of 2008 I purchased a K&N air filter for my 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis. I admit I was skeptical that an filter would make any difference in performance or gas mileage. Within three months, taking into account the difference between the original gas mileage and my increased gas mileage, the filter paid for itself. Before I changed the filter to a K&N I would be lucky to get 14.5 mpg in town and 22.4 mpg on the highway. With a 4.6L V8 I didn't expect much of an improvement. To my surprise my I now get 17.4 mpg in the city and 27.5 mpg on the highway (confirmed on a recent trip from Kansas City to South Carolina). Plus, I'm getting excellent performance from the car. Needless to say I'm VERY pleased!!! In May of 2008 I also replaced the paper filter in my wife’s 1995 Ford Escort wagon that has more than 150,000 mi.. Before I replaced the filter with a K&N filter I would get 19.5 mpg in town and maybe 24.5 mpg on the highway. Now it gets you 21 mpg in town and 26 mpg on the highway, and it runs like it did when it was brand-new. Why should anyone NOT get a K&N air filter? Terrific Product!!!

I just bought a k&n replacement air filter for my F-150. It has the 4.6L V8 engine. The new air filter gave it a lot more acceleration. It was instantly noticable. My gas mileage has improved too. Thanks, this is a great product.

I purchased a Typhoon intake kit for my 2008 Civic Si. If nothing more, they designed a system for a very tight engine compartment. Well thought out. In a day and age of shotty products this intake system is well made. K and N is QUALITY!!

I just put your K&N intake kit on my wife's 2004 Impala SS LE with a supercharger and the response is unbelievable. Not only is it much QUICKER, it gets 3-4 mpg. My wife was a little skeptical when I told her what I was doing, but now she loves it. She handles the car very well for a 70 year old grandmother. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

I bought the K&N 57i Series Induction Kit for my 2002 Hyundai Accent GS and this kit makes my engine sing. My acceleration has improved a lot and the engine responds. Also I raced a friend, I won and he asked me if I moded my engine. When I showed him the kit he was amazed!! Thanks

I have recently finished my 500bhp Honda Civic project, it's been rebuilt from the chassis up to strengthen every part of the car.
It's 4 wheel drive running with the h22 block, the rest is all titanium alloy to support the 200bhp turbo boost.(heavy modification of the cars original engine space). I do run an additional 100bhp injection of nitrous oxide, that'ss just for showing Ferrari's how its done. All in all I have spent 160,000gbp anyway to the point.. I had a different manafacturers kit and my engine tried to swallow the cone. When I bought the K&N I needed heavy modification to fit it into my already crowded enginge bay but after some trickery I got it done, when I put it on the dyno. It had given me 20bhp extra as my car was only running 480 before with the other air filter. Not that you notice though as you are going that fast anyway, highly reccomended & I have been rebuilding cars for tuning for 15yrs.

Nice product! I own a 2001 SAAB 9-5 AERO with 128,000 miles and just purchased my first K & N filter...very impressed. After 2 tanks of gas I'm getting about 2 to 3 more MPG's (city) and the performance...wow! Even though I never believed it...Aeros are reportedly faster than a stock porsche 911 of the same year. However, after replacing with the K & N filter, I'm a believer! Not sure how much horsepower I've gained but the car is much much more responsive and will flat put you back in your seat if you punch it! I never thought an air filter would make that big of a difference, but it did.

At 6000 RPM it just growls :D
I won't change my exhaust just because I love the intake sound!
BTW I have an Eclipse 2001 GT.
