Alfa Romeo Owners Have Many Options with K&N Performance Air Intake System
The Alfa Romeo is an aerodynamic designed sports car considered to be extremely
quick with arguably one of the greatest engines every built. The 156 are
considered the flagship models.
K&N Engineering has released a High-Flow Air Intake System
(69-0502TWR) in wrinkle red for the 1997 through 2006 Alfa Romeo 156 2.0 liter
engine. See applications list below. Red is a very popular color on the Alfa
Romeo in Europe.
K&N Engineers have made sure the design on this air intake system provides
maximum power to meet consumer demands, by positioning the
K&N Air Filter (RU-4860) far away from the engine. The large conical K&N Air
Filter is designed to provide increased surface area and dust capacity. K&N's air intake design has lower restriction than the
factory air box system resulting in additional power while providing excellent air filtration.
The 69-0502TWR is a two piece kit that can convert to a short ram which places
the K&N Air Filter under the hood during inclement weather. When it is set up in
the complete cold air intake mode the air filter is protected from road water
with the use of a dry charger (included).
The free-flowing mandrel-bent aluminum tube is engineered to the specific
vehicle design. The
69-0502TWR is designed to improve engine performance and is
easy to install, usually in about 90 minutes or less. K&N High-Flow Air Intake
