K&N's new "Pedal Down" campaign designed to highlight the emotional benefits of increased acceleration and horsepower premiered on Monday March 2, 2015 during the highly anticipated "I Am Dale Earnhardt" documentary on the Spike TV channel. The integrated marketing campaign which includes national TV, print and digital kicked off with two 30 second television commercials during the Spike TV program. K&N will receive additional TV exposure and product integration on NBC Sports Network, Fox Sports 1&2, Discovery Channel, Velocity and others. However, for those who missed the premier, or are anxious to see them again, K&N has posted the commercials on KNFilters.com.

The first thirty second spot that premiered during "I Am Dale Earnhardt" on Spike TV focused on the superior airflow and superior performance of K&N replacement air filters. As the commercial says K&N air filters are designed to increase horsepower with up to 50% more airflow. The other 15-second commercials emphasize the performance increase that comes from installing a K&N air intake system. More airflow in and more horsepower out is the theme, and even the commercial itself pushes you closer to "the blurry line between kick-ass and whip lash." Look for more to come from the "Pedal Down" integrated marketing campaign to consist of national print ads in mass men's, automotive enthusiast and outdoor enthusiast publications including Men's Health, Motor Trend, Hot Rod, Field & Stream and Outdoor Life. Also, a series of new, and updated, point of purchase (P.O.P) materials will tie into the "Pedal Down" integrated campaign.
