“I’m restoring my father’s original MGTF and I use K&N Filters on my other
vehicles,” said Ives as he pointed to the photo. “I need a K&N to fit in this
two inch space. Can you find one for me?”
Chris Roberts of K&N Engineering was immediately available. “Alright sir let’s
go to our K&N Web Site,” he said as he
searched by dimension. Within minutes
Roberts found the correct K&N Filter. “I suggest E-2312, or if you can add an
inch try E-2410.”
Ives was pleased with the fast help. He has K&N Filters on his 1967 Big Block
Corvette, 2004 Ford150, 2000 Grand Cherokee and on his 2003 Harley-Davidson. “I use
K&N Filters because they are great on my engine,” said Ives. “I will only use a
K&N Filter on my dad’s MGTF.”
At SEMA K&N personnel are available to answer product questions and to help
dealers and service centers obtain and market K&N products in their facilities.
The K&N online air
filter search by dimension tool is a great resource for getting the part
number of hard to find replacement air filters, universal air filters, crankcase
vent filters, and air filter wraps.
To find K&N products for your vehicle go to
