The K&N Evo 8 is equipped with K&N Oil and Air Filters. “K&N improves the longevity and reliability of the engine,” said David Bongiovanni of GoodSport Racing. “K&N Filters allowed us to run the entire season without any engine failures.”

At Infineon, Brown qualified on the pole and turned the tables on Toby Grahovec, who finished 2nd. Grahovec started in second position but had a bad standing start and dropped to 6th position. Grahovec and Dale Sievwright traded positions during the early stages of the race. Sievwright passed Grahovec for 3rd place until a full course yellow was brought out. Dino Hamilton hit the wall at the exit of turn 8 and emergency vehicles picked up his damaged Dodge. Hamilton had a strong run in second place and chased after Brown’s K&N EVO 8 race car. Grahovec made up for his bad start and passed Sievwright, but could not pass Brown who was two seconds ahead at the time.

The season ends at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in Nevada in time for the annual SEMA show. “We won’t be there,” said Bongiovanni. “We’ve locked up the win and it’s time to get ready for 2007.”
