Need more power? Want to hear that deeper roar when hauling an 11,000 pound trailer? Well, as the saying goes, bigger is better and Ford delivers. The bad boy motor of the F-150 lineup is a massive 6.2 liter V8 pumping out 411 horsepower at 5,500 RPM and a ground pounding 434 lb-ft. of torque at 4,500 RPM. The only hard thing to decide on is what to pull with all of this power. With a plethora of options to stick in the bed of the truck or on the hitch, 2011-2012 F-150 owners can customize their tow-along to meet their requirements.

The RC-5173 high performance air filter used in this air intake not only flows better than a conventional paper filter, it provides outstanding filtration efficiency to help protect that massive motor from ingesting harmful contaminants. The air filter is washable, reusable and can go up to 100,000 miles between cleaning, depending on driving conditions. For those who like to haul their dirt bikes or sand rails into dusty areas, K&N also offers a water resistant RC-5173DK Drycharger® filter wrap which will help extend the service intervals of the filter.

K&N 77-2584KP high performance air intake system will fit the following Ford F-150 trucks:
