2009 Dodge Challenger R/T Gets Enhanced Performance with K&N Air Intake Kit

Gila Wheels selected a 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T with a 5.7 liter engine to show off its 22 inch Rancor line at the SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Nevada.

The Challenger in the Gila Wheels booth was stock white to show off its chrome wheels. A polished K&N air intake system, part number 69-2526TP, stood out under the hood.

“We selected K&N to modify our Challenger because K&N makes the best air intake kit on the market,” said Justin Steward of Gila Wheels. “K&N adds looks and performance.”

The Gila Wheels Challenger is a show car and a daily driver. The group took the Challenger from Houston, Texas to Las Vegas Nevada for the show and drove it home again.

“We tested our Challenger and drove it at 140 mph,” said Steward. “The Gila Wheels looked awesome and the K&N air intake system provided us the additional power and torque.”
