The 63-1117 features a specially molded intake tube and a large open element K&N chrome top air filter (RF-1048). The washable and reusable K&N air filter sits behind a powder coated steel heat shield to isolate it from engine heat. This air intake system replaces the original stock air box for an immediate power gain.

The K&N air filter increases airflow and never needs to be replaced. The filter stops dust and dirt by using multiple layers of cotton and 1.27 oz of K&N filter oil. This K&N air filter can go up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is necessary.

The 63-1117 can be easily installed in 90 minutes or less with simple hand tools. The entire system is backed by K&N's Million Mile Limited Warranty.
