Road America Hosts Sports Car Club of America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin

The Sports Car Club of America's (SCCA) first race of the season took place at Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. It was great for the ArmsUp Motorsports group. Drivers Revere Greist and Jim Victor each scored a Formula Continental victory during the Susie Bonneau Double Regional race.

Greist had the most success of the ArmsUp lineup and earned two pole positions for Saturday’s win. On Sunday, Victor won and team drivers Jose Paredes and John Dickmann and the younger John Greist put in solid performances.

ArmsUp Motorsports is one of the premier SCCA Formula Continental and Formula Atlantic racing teams. Based in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, ArmsUp Motorsports is a full service prep shop for Formula Continentals, Formula Atlantics and vintage racing cars.

“This was a great weekend for us,” said ArmsUp owner Gregg Borland. “Taking two wins at our home track is a very big deal for our drivers. We use K&N air filters on all of our race vehicles. K&N give us that extra bit of horsepower we need to stay ahead of our competition and keep our engines running at their peak performance.”

ArmsUp Motorsports will next race will be in Chicago at the June Sprints. ArmsUp Motorsports will have seven cars running for the classic Road America summer event. The Sprints is a big event for the entire team. The team hopes to win the Formula Atlantic class and the Formula Continental class.
