Max Naylor qualifies in K&N Horsepower Challenge Bonus Program
“Winning points in the K&N Horsepower Challenge back to back is a once in a lifetime opportunity,” said Naylor. “I’ve now moved up to 4th place and it’s important for me to hang on and stay in the top eight.”

At Tennessee, Naylor earned the maximum number of points in a special race-within-a-race bonus program for the top Pro Stock drivers in the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series. The K&N Horsepower Challenge Race will be held at the 2008 Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals in Norwalk, Ohio. The top eight drivers will be determined by points earned at NHRA drag racing events which began at the 2007 event at Norwalk.
Currently Dave Connolly is leading, followed by Greg Anderson and Allen Johnson is third in the 2008 K&N Horsepower Challenge Point Standings.
Pro Stock drivers who accumulate the most points in qualifying during the 23 race K&N Horsepower Challenge Series have a chance to earn $50,000.
