Round filter production involves the use of complex molds, fixtures, and machines that are designed and built in-house. A variety of materials and production equipment are used depending upon the design requirements of each individual filter. While many of our round filters are made on an automated production line, some of the more complex applications require manual assembly by our trained technicians. K&N builds over 3 million air filters annually.
