INTAKE TUBE FABRICATION

K&N's performance air intake systems begin as handmade prototypes that are designed and built in the engine bay they are designed for. They are tested on our in-house dynamometers in an effort to achieve maximum horsepower gains and compliance with on board diagnostics. Our aluminum intake tubes are bent, machined, welded, polished and powder coated in-house. Every intake system we make is fully assembled, tested and packaged here at K&N.
